My standard fee is $200 for a 1 hour session. I also have a broad range sliding scale available if the full fee is cost prohibitive. I’m committed to equitable access to services and strive to increase accessibility through my fee structure while also maintaining a sustainable practice.

I’m particularly interested in serving those who have been historically and/or ongoingly excluded and/or harmed by social work, mental health, and psychiatric systems. I’m a Registered Social Worker (MSW) and my services are covered by many (but not all) extended health benefit plans. If your benefit plan does not cover Social Worker services and you would like to advocate for improved coverage, here are some resources through the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

I’m a registered provider for the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program through Indigenous Services Canada as well as Medavie Blue Cross through Veterans Affairs, both of which bill directly at no cost to clients.

My services are also eligible to be claimed as medical expenses on your income tax return.
